Replacement bathroom fan?

Customer has a 40 or so year old house, and the bathroom fan is just very noisy at this point. He also wanted one with a bit more airflow and they have made them much more quiet since the 1970s. For this project, we remove the old fan, as well as the support braces, match the hole up and insulate any gaps between the fan and the existing hole. Brace it properly to cross studs, and put the new cover on. It looks great, and modern, and moves plenty of air without disturbing his upstairs guests!
