Spa pump gone out

This project has taken a little time. Customer has 3 5HP 2 speed motors in a rather old hot tub. The shell is in pretty good shape, but there has been a huge amount of noise from the main circulation pump. Upon arrival, I found out the secondary pump has recently stopped responding. As the weather is cold, we need the main pump running, or the whole unit may freeze, causing cracks. So, remove all three pumps, sub the tertiary pump in for the main pump, and take the first two for repair. The secondary is shot. It appears to be damaged from water. The main pump just has bad bearings as well as the seal from the wet head. Order replacement seals, and a whole new pump for the bad one. Return in 3 days to install pumps and seal it up. Turns out the 3rd pump, upon conversation with owner was damaged from water due to a bad drain field in the yard, which has since been corrected. I let him know to be sure to keep an eye on that area, as the same thing could happen pretty quickly.
